Introduction

Welcome to RYTLEFT — Choose a Side. These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit rytleft.com, place an order, or use any feature offered through the website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

Who we are

RYTLEFT is an online store offering stickers, posters, wall art, frames, Mystery Boxes, and related creative products. The seller’s full legal name and registered/principal business address should be displayed in the website’s Contact or Legal section before launch. Eligibility and account details

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery details and for keeping any account credentials secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Products, images and availability

We aim to describe each product accurately and show representative images. Colours and appearance can vary slightly because of screens, lighting, printing processes, materials, and framing. Product dimensions, included items, materials, and other important details should be checked on the product page before purchase. Products are subject to availability. If an item cannot be supplied after an order is placed, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Prices, minimum order and payment

Prices are displayed in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. The minimum order value is ₹299, excluding delivery charges unless the checkout clearly says otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery fees, discounts, and the final payable amount will be shown before payment. RYTLEFT currently accepts prepaid orders only; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Never share your UPI PIN, card PIN, or banking password with anyone claiming to represent RYTLEFT.

Order placement and acceptance

An order confirmation message acknowledges that we received your order; it does not prevent us from carrying out reasonable payment, stock, address, or fraud checks. An order may be paused or cancelled where payment fails, details appear materially inaccurate, a product is unavailable, a clear pricing or listing error occurs, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse. If payment has been collected and we cannot fulfil the order, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method or another lawful method agreed with you.

Delivery

Dispatch and delivery estimates are provided at checkout or in the shipping policy. They are estimates, not guarantees, because courier operations, weather, public events, service disruptions, and other factors can affect transit. Please provide a complete address and a reachable phone number, and follow courier delivery instructions. More details appear in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Cancellation, returns and claims

Cancellation, return, refund, and replacement requests are governed by the separate Cancellation Policy and Return, Refund & Replacement Policy. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its listing, contact us promptly with the order number and available evidence so we can investigate.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent orders or claims, upload malicious code, or use another person’s personal or payment information without permission. We may take proportionate steps to protect customers, the store, and our systems, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual property

Unless a product listing says otherwise, website text, branding, graphics, product photography, original artwork, layouts, and other RYTLEFT content are owned by or licensed to RYTLEFT and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without permission. Buying a physical product does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce its artwork. See the Intellectual Property Policy.

Third-party services

Payment gateways, courier services, analytics providers, and other third parties may operate parts of the purchase or delivery process under their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services, but we will assist with issues relating to an order placed with us where reasonably possible.

Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RYTLEFT is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was placed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to defective, deficient, or misdescribed goods.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version published on the website applies to future use and orders, subject to applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts or consumer forums having jurisdiction under applicable law.
