Cancellation Policy

RYTLEFT — Choose a Side.

Before dispatch

If you need to cancel an order, contact contact@rytleft.com as soon as possible and include your order number. We will try to stop the order if it has not entered packing, production, or dispatch. Cancellation is not guaranteed once preparation or dispatch has begun.

After dispatch

Once an order has been handed to the courier, it generally cannot be cancelled through the store. Contact us if there is an urgent issue; we will explain what options are available under the courier process and applicable law. Please do not refuse delivery as a substitute for contacting support, because refusal may result in a return-to-origin shipment and additional handling time.

Refunds for approved cancellations

If cancellation is accepted and payment has already been collected, we will initiate the applicable refund to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear depends on the payment provider or bank. We will share a reference where available.

Unavailable, failed, or duplicate orders

If we cannot fulfil an order because an item is unavailable, payment was not completed, or an order was placed twice by mistake, contact us promptly. We will review the circumstances and arrange the appropriate cancellation, correction, or refund. If RYTLEFT cancels an order after collecting payment and cannot fulfil it, the applicable refund will be initiated.

Prepaid orders only

RYTLEFT currently accepts prepaid orders only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. A payment attempt that remains pending is not a confirmed paid order; please check your payment provider’s status before placing the same order again.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits a cancellation, refund, or other remedy that must be provided under applicable law.
