Ownership and permitted use

RYTLEFT — Choose a Side offers creative products and original or licensed artwork. Unless a listing states otherwise, the RYTLEFT name, logo, website design, text, product photography, graphics, and original artwork are owned by RYTLEFT or used with permission. Purchasing a physical product gives you ownership of that physical item; it does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, or permission to reproduce, scan, distribute, or commercially exploit the artwork.

Customer and third-party rights

Do not upload, submit, or request products using artwork, photographs, logos, characters, or other material unless you own the rights or have permission to use it. By submitting material for a custom order, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that the material does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights. We may refuse or remove a request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect infringement or unlawful content.

Reporting a concern

If you believe content on the website infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right, email contact@rytleft.com with the subject line “Intellectual Property Complaint.” Include: (1) your name and contact details; (2) a description of the protected work or right; (3) the exact product page or content at issue; (4) an explanation of your ownership or authority to act; (5) supporting documents or links where available; and (6) a good-faith statement that the information is accurate. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Review and action

We will review a sufficiently detailed complaint and may request further information. Where appropriate, we may temporarily restrict access to disputed material while reviewing it, remove or disable content, pause a listing, or take other proportionate action. We may notify the relevant seller, contributor, or account holder where appropriate and lawful. Submitting a complaint does not guarantee a particular outcome, and knowingly false or misleading claims may have legal consequences.

No waiver of legal rights

This policy is not a substitute for any formal notice or procedure required by applicable law. All parties retain the rights and remedies available to them under applicable law.
